Video: Apple Principles of Great Design

I always find it interesting that Apple begin with the human aspects of a topic, then bring it back to the technical elements. I suppose that's for the best... since we've all experienced bad software and immediately, it leads to anger and frustration. The connection isn't so abstract really. Every time they release these sort of videos, I watch again as some of the principles are easy to forget but important to consider.
